If you are driving to Northwick Park you will need to park the car in the multi-storey car park and pay. For a parking permit collect an application form from the undergraduate teaching coordinator. |

Please report to Dr Neil Sarkar for your site induction at 2.30 pm at the South Kensington and Chelsea Mental Health Centre, 1 Nightingale Place, London, SW10 9NG. In case of a problem please email Dr Sarkar or phone 07712 854842.
You will need to have 2 deposits –
- £20 for Chelsea & Westminster Hospital for locker keys and swipe cards to the common room and stair wells. Report to the teaching coordinatory, Lou De Palo, at the CWH.
- £5 for the South Kensington & Chelsea Mental Health Centre for a swipe card to the unit and to you will need to have read and signed a number of documents on Health & Safety, Alarm System Policy, Protocol and Guidelines for Use, Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedure and Fire Safety & Evacuation of the Building. Report to Samantha Martin on the ground floor in the outpatients department.
