Working safely in hospitals

Working safely is a duty you have towards yourself and to others, including your patients

This training video highlights issues you must be aware of when working in a clinical environment and elsewhere. It concentrates on how to move objects and patients so that you do not do damage to yourself. Take a look and think about what it is telling you.

In the work place, observe situations when others are working in a potentially unsafe manner.

Not all the advice in the video is necessarily correct! Spot which.

The video is available in RealPlayer webstream format. Please note that no students were harmed in the production of this film.
