Letter of Recommendation - if one is required by the Institution to which you have applied, email Wendy Pearson with the following details:

- Contact Name
- Name of Institution
- Full address of where letter to be sent
- Speciality (if applicable)
- Dates (must be 7 weeks)

No supporting documentation will be provided until the approval form has been received by the UMO.

We will only provide one addressed recommendation letter at a time. Blanket “To Whom It May Concern” letters will not be presented.

When your elective plans are finalised, formal approval will still be needed from the Electives Director at St Mary’s, or the Deputies at either of the other three sites.

Transcripts - We can provide a transcript of your course, but it is not University Policy to provide an extra transcript of examination grades.

Have you completed the
Criminal Records Bureau
check?
